No Customer Service whatsoever

I’ve contacted the developer on several occasions about Instashare no longer transfering files between iOS 8 on an iPad and OS X 10.9.5 and I’ve yet to receive a response.
This program is worthless to me now.

Too bad….. It was good when it worked.
